Scorcher HP increased from 750 to 1500
Removed most T-1 buildings from engineer & experimental
Improved sea-mine building behavior
Warden chaingun now has a slight spread
Infantry HMG has reduced accuracy when mobile
Updated weapon effects for heavy assault mechs
Tweaked projectile behavior for Stalker & Egret mechs
