Description: 
-The greatest conflict in human history began on September 1, 1939 and today the destruction it caused continues to surprise. By human standards, there had never been so many acts of cruelty and such a destructive advance in arms. The genocide executed against different ethnic groups is known today as the holocaust, and this mod is a tribute to all the lives lost in the Second World War.

 # ============ Gameplay Changes ============== #

 -Fixed a bug with the US infantry, they could capture units when their hero was active.

 -The Morale reduction rate of gas units has been reduced (0.1> 0.08).

 -A bug in the Diplomatic Center has been corrected, and the resource dispatch system has been improved.

 -The factory limit has been modified: Now it is not static, it is spatial.  Factories must be built close to civil buildings.

 -Factories can no longer create conscript troops.

 -Civil buildings can no longer increase Morale, but can be built anywhere and extend the factory limit.

 -Now civil buildings can be built from Outposts and Colonial Centers.

 -The production systems of factories and refineries have been improved.

 -New levels of production for factories: Now production does not stop with little or no Morale.
 * 20 from Industry with 90-100 from Morale.
 * 18 from Industry with 80-90 from Morale.
 * 16 from Industry with 70-80 from Morale.
 * 14 from Industry with 60-70 from Morale.
 * 12 from Industry with 50-60 from Morale.
 * 10 from Industry with 40-50 from Morale.

 -Morale rates have been modified, now the passive reduction is lower (0.8> 0.6), but the base reduction for unit loss is higher (0.2> 0.4).

 -New levels of demoralization for all units: they now lose combat effectiveness with low Morale, the maximum reduction is 30%.
 * -10% attack damage with 75 or less Morale.
 * -20% attack damage with 50 or less Morale.
 * -30% attack damage with 25 or less Morale.

 -Armor system has been improved, units now show armor stat.

 -Inis usage by faction perks, heroes, and alliances has been reduced.

 -Technological replacement system in unit lines added: Now the units are replaced by improved versions, without increasing the price.  The following unit lines have been created:
 * Tanks.
 * Tank destroyer.
 * Terrestrial AA.
 * Fighters.
 * Dive bombers.
 * Strategic Bombers.

 -Pre-selected faction option has been added.  Players can start their chosen faction from the lobby.

 -The citizen needs system in the District Station has been removed.

 -New generic technology: Medium Bombers, unlock strategic bombers.

 -Now the Strategic Bombardment technology is called Heavy Bombers, and improves medium to heavy bombers.

 -New ability for artillery units: Sustained Fire, artillery can attack terrain with more range but less precision.

 -Now Generic Medical Trucks regroup individual rifle and AM units.  With 9 individual units regrouped a new troop is formed.

 -Now the AT cannons can be repaired.

 -Now infantry, vehicle and ship armor technologies add a special perk in addition to armor.

 - Infantry, vehicle and ship armor technologies have been reordered.

 -New technology: Heavy AA support, upgrade anti-aircraft half-tracks to self-propelled anti-aircraft guns.

 # ============ Balance Changes ============== #

 -Buff to Nazi Germany, increased damage buff faction perk (15%> 20%).

 -The oil cost of the traps has been reduced.

 -Now the Kingdom of Italy M13 Bunker cannot be dug up or buried when enemies are nearby.

 -Now the Conscript Troop does not have a Morale bonus when killing enemy units.

 -Nerf to B-29 Superfortress: damage reduced (10,000> 8000).

 -Now the Flamethrower Team and the Conscript Troop are affected by faction perks.

 -At cannons and tank destroyers are now affected by faction perks.

 -Fighter jets are now affected by faction perks.

 -Now the USSR's movement speed perk does not affect its aircraft.

 -Heavy bombers can now carry +5 bombs (15 total).

 -Now it is possible to build more than one V2 Launch Pad, but building a V2 missile costs more (O: 400, I: 600> O: 1000, I: 2000)

 -Now it is possible to build more than one B-29 Superfortress, but their price is higher (O: 800, I: 1000> O: 1000, I: 2000).

 -Now it is possible to build more than one Avro Lancaster BI, but their price is higher (O: 800, I: 1000> O: 800, I: 1600).

 -The takeoff time of all planes has been removed, but now the number of planes per Air Base has been limited to 10.

 -The aim of dive bombers has been improved.

 -Now light anti-aircraft projectiles can fail.

 -Now the CAC CA-1 Wirraway of the Australian alliance replaces the faction dive bombers.

 -Now the Engineering Team can attack ground units with AM.  But to de-activate cheats you must approach them manually.

 -New generic faction medium bombers added to all factions:
 * USA: B-25 Mitchell.
 * USSR: Tupolev SB.
 * UK: Bristol Beaufort.
 * NG: Heinkel He-111.
 * JE: Mitsubishi G3M.
 * IK: CANT Z.1007 Alcione.

 -New special unit of the USSR: Assault Sappers, Trapper infantry and anti-buildings.

 -New generic allied unit: M19 MGMC, self-propelled anti-aircraft gun.

 -New generic shaft unit: Flakpanzer IV Wirbelwind, self-propelled anti-aircraft gun.

 # ============ Aesthetic Changes ============== #

 -Now the Rocket Troop is a Rocket Team, made up of 3 soldiers.

 -The graphics of the armored vehicles, generic ground units and aircraft of each faction have been redesigned.

 -Pe-2 has been removed.  Now the Petlyakov Pe-8 is the USSR's heavy bomber.

 -The Nazi Germany He-111 is now a medium bomber.  Its new heavy bomber is the Messerschmitt Me 264.

 -Serious bug from the Air Base that did not allow to take out all the troop carriers fixed.

 -Now the troop-carrier planes do not require industry to take off, but they are more expensive.

 -Bug that allowed planes to attack when they were on air base and carrier fixed.

 -Fixed several bugs with aircraft carriers.

 -Now anti-aircraft guns have a push effect.

 -More minor balance changes:
 * Nerf to Tech Support Allied.
 * Nerf to Mass Destruction technology.
 * Buff to all anti-aircraft units.
 * Nerf to gas launcher units.
 * Nerf to flamethrower units.
 * Buff to strategic bombers.
 * Buff to the V2 rocket.
 * Buff to defensive guns.
 * Buff to BM-13 Katyusha.

 -Demoralization damage reduction rates reduced (30%> 10%).

 -Information about unit demoralization has been added to the District Station.

 -Airbase full icon has been added to Hangar.
