Changelog:
-Removed Rogue's Disguise ability due to modding limits
-Rogue's stealth ability needs to recharge after using for too long
-New unit: Black Bird (not yet buildable, only accesible in sandbox)
-Special abilities added, units than received abilities are: Sniper Mech, Heavy Plasma Tank, Tank Destroyer, Experimental Tank, Light Tank, Anti Air and Tank
Balance changes:
-Lowered Heavy Mammoth Tank damage
-Increased Experimental Combat Mech cost from 23500 to 28500
-Increased Rogue's cost from 4400 to 4900
